Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as the Oracle of Sassafras does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision:

Returns Policy

Oracle of Sassafras accepts responsibility only for goods received that are either: - FAULTY OR DAMAGED on DELIVERY

A refund for these goods will only be accepted:

- by notifying the Oracle of Sassafras of any faulty or damaged goods

within 48hours of receipt of the goods by phone on 03 975 10382 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- provide an image of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.

A full refund will then be organised with the claimant.

Your terms and conditions of use

All prices are exclusive of any delivery charges.

GST and other Taxes: All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Changes to Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Selling Units: All prices stated are for a single item, some items are offered at a discounted rate when purchased in multiple lots and have to be purchased as such .

The Minimum Order Value there is no minimum order Value.

Currency: All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. (AUD).

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Oracle of Sassafras ships out products Australia wide as well as internationally using Australia Post.

Postage & handling will be charged as follow:

A $10.00 postage & Handling flat rate applies to all deliveries within Australia regardless of the order.

A $50.00 postage & Handling flat rate applies to all deliveries outside Australia regardless of the order.

(**Futile deliveries are described as "where the courier has attempted to deliver the goods with the full knowledge of the customer and there has been no-one available to receive the goods". This then leads to the courier having to return the goods to their despatch and book a new delivery schedule with the customer, which will incur new delivery charges from the courier.
Futile deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and any subsequent charges will be invoiced to the customer account for payment before the goods are booked in for new delivery. )

Goods dispatch & delivery time: All goods will be dispatched at the earliest possible time, depending on stock availability. Delivery of goods could however take between 3 to 21 working days depending on location and time of the year. The Oracle of Sassafras will however, endeavour to have goods delivered to you as soon as is possible.
